How it works

1. First, the part (code) needed must be identified. This can be done by:
a. looking in Vicma PDF catalogs http://www.vicma.ro/cataloage-vicma-t-5.html
b. searching in our website sections (content not available in english)
c. using any other source/method known to you

2. Fill the Vicma Request form, with all necessary information

3. We'll confirm you by e-mail: part compatibility*, stock status, final invoice value (including all taxes and shipping costs), estimated delivery time.

4. After your written confirmation, we send you an e-mail containing PayPal payment instructions.

5. On PayPal payment confirmation, we ship the package to you / launch the order to Vicma Spain (depending on our warehouse stock level).

6. You'll receive an e-mail with tracking number.

The domain www.vicma.ro is property of ADAL MOTORS TRADING S.R.L. Since 2009, we provide Vicma parts and accessories for motorcycle & scooter & atv, in direct collaboration with Industrias Vicma S.A. - Spain, an important supplier on international market.

Working hours

99% of communication between parts is made by e-mail, monday to friday, from 09:00 - 20:00 (UTC+02:00). Any question, request or complain will be answered in received order.

Prices

For any worldwide purchases we DO NOT CHARGE you value added tax at the rate prescribed in our country (24%). Since we are not VAT registered, the prices shown on product pages are final, VAT free (0%). To check the value of a product in EURO or US Dollar price, simply select from the right side of the webpage the desired currency. All product prices are exclusive of shipping costs.

Payment

Using PayPal secured service - the customer receive an email and instructions on how to pay. Order total, transmitted by email, includes all taxes and shipping costs. Alternative payment methods can be provided on request.

Shipping

2-30 days scheduled delivery according to destination, from the time we ship. The delivery package can be up to 30 kg with maximum dimensions of 175cm length and 300cm girth. Unless stated otherwise, the flat-rate shipping cost is 25 euro.

Right of Return

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a cooling off period of 14 days from the day after delivery of goods. This is an unconditional right to cancel the contract/order for these items. You must inform us by email quoting your invoice number and stating your intention to cancel your order. You will then be required to return such goods, complete with packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition at your own cost (Unless in the unlikely event that you receive incorrect, faulty or damaged goods) to our headquarters. The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until it reaches us. A refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; or items of safety equipment such as helmets.
